All of our Videos are shot in either 1080p or 4K. 4K content is currently downscaled to 1080p for viewing on YouTube.
Note: Upon request 4K content can be uploaded for viewing if necessary. extra time is required for processing.

Featurette style is an add-on Video service only. It allows more focused and cinematic video of a certain key feature room in your property that you wish to show off in addition to our standard package. If you need more video time over and above choosing featurette will cover it.

This style of video is a miniature showcase style. Its meant to be added on to an existing package to add more focused and stylized video to a room that is truly exceptional and desires more careful attention in order to sell the property. You tell me the room and we will take extra footage and make it as inviting as possible.
